Turning Point Propellers I Feel I Messed Up Somewhere...did I? 10 Points Best Answer?

I feel i messed up somewhere...did i? 10 points best answer? - turning point propellers

Draft airplane propeller turning 2400 rpm. The air velocity at the front of the plane is 75 m / s, and the speed of the tip of the propeller blades in the air should not exceed 270 m / s.

a) What is the maximum radius of the propeller can
b) with the radius of Part A, causing the acceleration of the tip of the propeller?

Here is my work (I use for the angular velocity w)
a)
v = rw
270 = (2400 (2 m)) / 60
w = 270/251.3
w = 1.07 rad / s

b) 270/1.07 = 6.8 x 10 ^ 4 m / s ^ 2

I believe that I was wrong because my friend gave me a different answer if someone can not explain my leg?

You're Gone "r" in the second row of the calculation
and ended with "W", where "r" should be in the third and fourth line.
Here I have changed their calculations.

a)
v = rw
270 = R (2400 (2 m)) / 60
270 = 251.3r
r = 270/251.3
r = 1.07 m

b) a = v ^ 2 / r = (270) ^ 2/1.07

270 ^ 2/1.07 = 6.8 x 10 ^ 4 m / s ^ 2

Here you have the answer, if not present 270 on the square.
